HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer:

• Free Shipping for ALL orders in Australia (3-7 Business days).
• International Shipping (4-12 Days) at a flat rate of $75AUD per order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our multiple locations in Australia.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may occasionally affect the above delivery timeframes - especially around Christmas holidays and local public holidays. 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Absolutely - we will notify you once your order has been fulfilled with your tracking details. If you do not receive one, please contact us via Messenger or email.

All orders require a phone number, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Bowern uses Australia Post.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Bowern.
